What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two stages:

Processing time
Within 1–3 working days after placing the order, it is checked, approved and packed. The package is then prepared for shipment. -
Delivery time
Canada: 5–12 working days
Shipping is handled by Canada Post.
All shipping times are excluding any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage of the package.
Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer receives an e-mail with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “Track your order” in the main menu on our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.
My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 working days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still does not show any information after several days, customer support can be contacted.
